As the founder and president of Merri Interiors, I take pride in designing spaces that feel uniquely personal, inspired by my own journey as a designer and single mother.

I began specializing in kitchen design right after graduating from interior design school in 2004. I worked as a designer and eventually a lead designer at several local kitchen and bathroom showrooms. Wanting more, the journey of Merri Interiors started in 2010, during one of the most challenging economic periods. Driven by a passion for design and a vision for a more personal, boutique approach to kitchen projects, I launched Merri Interiors from the ground up. I built my first website, carefully curated project showcases, and developed a client-focused business model that emphasized quality, creativity, and genuine connection.

Today, Merri Interiors stands as a trusted leader in kitchen and bath design across Long Island, where we bring a personalized touch to every project. With a maximum portfolio of 20 ongoing projects at any moment, we are dedicated to transforming each space into something exceptional and uniquely tailored to our clients’ lifestyles.

At Merri Interiors, every project is approached with the same dedication to functionality and style. As a mother of two and the proud owner of two rescue dogs, I understand the importance of a home that works with—rather than against—the demands of daily life. Weekly school activities and sports schedules have shown me how vital it is to design spaces that bring a sense of calm and order into the chaos of everyday living. This is the essence of my design philosophy: Our lives may be chaotic, but our homes don’t have to be.

I stay inspired by attending industry design shows like KBIS, mentoring other professionals, and immersing myself in the latest trends. Each project I take on is crafted to reflect the personality, needs, and lifestyle of my clients, so their space doesn’t just look beautiful—it functions beautifully, too.
